1. Job description
- Planning, action targets for the whole team and for each employee by month, by day based on the assigned plan;
- Training and coaching staff about knowledge and skills for sales;
- Check the performance objectives of each employee. Regularly review, plan to adjust and support employees to complete the plan;
- Complete the required reporting system, deploy the programs according to the Company's regulations;
