Recruitment Sales Supervisor

1. Job description

  • Planning, action targets for the whole team and for each employee by month, by day based on the assigned plan;
  • Training and coaching staff about knowledge and skills for sales;
  • Check the performance objectives of each employee. Regularly review, plan to adjust and support employees to complete the plan;
  • Complete the required reporting system, deploy the programs according to the Company's regulations;
